Refund and Warranty Policy

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee that starts from the day the product is ordered. If you are not completely satisfied within 60 days of receipt, contact our Customer Care Department at 1-650-988-8588 x102 or dwcservice@dailywellness.com so you can return the product for a full refund of your product purchase price (we do not refund the shipping and processing charges).

If you are returning your product due to ingredient matters, ingestion sensitivity matters or other concerns, please call our Customer Care department first at 1-650-988-8588 x102 where our specialists can assist you with many of your product questions.

Our policy is to offer a money-back warranty only on products purchased from our own website and company listing on Amazon.com and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a Daily Wellness product from any unauthorized source, your Daily Wellness warranty will not be valid.
